We want you to feel confident and comfortable with your purchase from Pahta.

Due to the nature of our products (intimate wear), all items are considered final sale for hygiene reasons and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exceptions may be made in the following cases:
- The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
- You received the wrong item

If your order qualifies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
